RESETCRYO is the first & only electronic cryotherapy chamber studio in the Herts & Essex area. Utilising the latest cutting-edge technology, temperatures are dropped down to -85c in their electronic cryotherapy chamber for 3 minutes to unlock the natural power within yourself to heal.
6 week or discounted annual peak/off-peak and over 60’s membership rates are fully inclusive and include: full use of their refurbished Techno Fitness Gym and my wellness system. Over 60 group exercise classes, group cycle floor and swimming pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi.
