What precautions we are taking for COVID-19

Updated: Mar 24, 2020

We would like to assure our patients that we are continuing to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the clinic as usual, and we are continuing to follow the government's guidance closely. Please rest assured that we take hygiene and the safety of our clients and staff very seriously, and we have put extra measures in place during the Coronavirus outbreak to keep our patients, the local community and our staff safe.

We are sanitising surfaces in the treatment rooms between clients as well as door handles etc, and we always place fresh couch roll on the therapy beds between each treatment. We will continue to thoroughly wash our hands before, during and after each treatment session as usual.

We also have hand sanitiser at the reception and in all treatment rooms, which we ask our clients to please kindly use upon entering at this time. Handwashing facilities are available on entering for all clients too.To help reduce the spread of Coronavirus, if you have a cough / fever / feel unwell, please call us and we can reschedule your appointment for you.

All of our staff are currently feeling well and are continuing with stringent hygiene practice so we can continue to provide our Physiotherapy service to help you recover from any injury / pain. However, if any of our staff feel unwell at any time they will of course self isolate as advised by the government. If you require Physiotherapy but are in the higher-risk group (over 70, underlying health conditions / pregnant) and are currently self isolating as a precaution, we would be happy to adapt to help you and offer a home visit where possible (assuming that everyone is well with no cough / fever etc).

Thank you for your support at this time and we will continue to provide Physiotherapy to help our lovely clients unless we are advised otherwise.

Thank you!
